Dry Baker’s yeast
Add directly 1 packet of yeast (with a sugar teaspoon) for 500 g of flour. Knead well for 10 minutes. Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
Dry Baker’s Yeast for baking bread and related products (Instant leavening).
