Kölln oat bran flakes are delicate, easily soluble flakes, which mainly consist of the outer parts of the oat grain with outer layers and germ. They are rich in fiber, vegetable protein, vitamin B1 and magnesium and naturally contain beta-glucan, iron and zinc.

Kölln oat bran flakes are made from 100% oat bran and bind soups and sauces easily and without lumps. You can also use these flakes wonderfully in baking by replacing 1/3 of the specified amount of flour with the soluble flakes.
