Unfortunately, due to traffic & heavy parking restrictions, deliveries to Business addresses in the Singapore CBD have become increasingly difficult to deliver too. We ask customers to please provide alternate delivery addresses.

When will my order be delivered?
Once you have placed an order online one of our customer service representatives will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery. Please provide an alternative contact number if you will not be home during the confirmed delivery time.
* If you will not be able to receive your delivery you may provide us with authority to leave your delivery at your doorstep/security guard/ concierge. Providing you do not have any items requiring refrigeration in your order
* We deliver during office hours, Tuesday- Saturday (except Public Holidays). Delivery Slots are subject to availability during the following times: 10.30am- 6 pm.
* Deliveries within Singapore - We will process and deliver your items within 3 working days
* Additional delivery charges may apply for any other special arrangement surch as special timing, location OR if a delivery date and time is confirmed and the customer is not home to receive the order.
* For customers who are not available to receive orders during weekday office hours, delivery will take place on the following Saturday.

What is the Local Delivery Fee?
For Order Value of SGD $150.00 and above, the delivery charges will be FREE per location.
For Order Value less then SGD $150.00, the delivery charges will be SGD $10.00 per delivery trip/location.

Additional delivery charges may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location, etc. Special request is subject to German Market Place approval.

Shipping costs vary between SGD $90.00 - $200.00 based on item weight.
Delivery Time is approximately 10 to 14 days. Items may be subject to customs inspection and approval, which may result in additional days.
Full payment must be paid before items can be shipped. NO REFUNDS for Inspection Fails by Customs.
