The full force of the tomato is in this tube: We make our tomato paste exclusively from sun-ripened tomatoes from the Parma region. To do this, we peel and core them before we thicken them under a vacuum to preserve their aromas and nutrients. With the triple concentrated tomato paste, this process ensures that our product contains at least 36% dry matter at the end - a real taste bomb with a lot of the valuable lycopene that the body can use particularly well.
