The contents of the bag (30 g) are sufficient to pickle approx. 5 kg of cucumbers (e.g. pickles or mustard pickles) or approx. 7 kg of other vegetables. Ostmann cucumber spice is a selected spice mixture for all pickled cucumbers and mixed pickles. Ostmann cucumber spice refines cucumbers, peppers, beans, cauliflower, small onions and garlic.
