The mild sourdough extract is obtained from a multi-stage maturing process of wholemeal rye flour and starter cultures. Use it to bake aromatic bread varieties such as mixed rye bread or savoury bread rolls. Contents are enough for 1kg flour.
How to use:
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a dough for about 5 minutes. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 20 minutes and knead the dough well again. Place the dough in a baking pan and let it rise again for 25 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 20 minutes. Lower the temperature to 200°C and bake for a further 40 - 50 minutes.
