HEARTY MIXED RYE BREAD
Our farmhouse bread is a classic, combining rye and wheat flour for a rich, sour flavor. A true bread treat with sourdough. Baked traditionally in a loaf pan, baked in the oven, or prepared in a bread maker.

Ingredients: Rye flour 48%, wheat flour, dried wholegrain rye sourdough, iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier E491), flour treatment agent ascorbic acid.

May contain traces of spelt (hulled wheat), oats, barley, kamut, sesame, soy, lupin, and mustard.
