Italian dessert specialty easily prepared with cold milk

Instructions:
Rinse mixing bowl with hot water and then add 1 cup cold milk (or 200 ml cold milk plus 100 g cold whipping cream). 
Add contents of package to your milk with a hand mixer on the lowest setting. 
When blended, mix for three (3) minutes on the highest setting. 
Spoon mixture into dessert glasses or a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least one (1) hour.  Sprinkle with cocoa powder just before serving.
