Mozartkugel – chocolates in the shape of a ball, created by pastry chef Paul Furst in Salzburg in 1890 and named after Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart after him.

Chocolate ball with pistachio and marzipan filling of fresh pistachios, almonds and hazelnuts covered with two layers of chocolate: dessert and whole milk.
