Schär gluten-free Fusilli have a traditional spiral shape and have always been produced in Italy using a millet recipe. This ancient grain gives the pasta a harmonious taste with hints of hazelnut and a light yellow colour. They bind perfectly with the sauce getting a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients: maize flour , rice flour , millet flour 20% , emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids . May contain traces of soya . LACTOSE-FREE (lactose<70ppm) .
