We don't deliver our almond stollen to retailers until November. Unlike Christmas stollen, which only develops its full flavor after several weeks of maturation, almond stollen is best enjoyed fresh.

The art of making almond stollen lies in processing the dough so that all the ingredients are perfectly distributed and the stollen doesn't dry out.

Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, ALMONDS 16%, sugar, clarified butter, butter, whole milk, citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, decorative powder (dextrose, WHEAT starch, palm fat), yeast, bitter ALMONDS, rum, lemon peel, salt, glucose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium diacetate; natural lemon flavoring with other natural flavorings, natural orange flavoring, invert sugar syrup, spices.
