'Oude', or 'old' jenevers are not aged but rather are made to the traditional old style ie with a small percentage of malt wine and flavoured with aromatic botanicals.This Zeer Oude (very old) from Bols is not referring to age of the product, but rather the old style of making genever. It is made from 100% grain and botanicals are not disclosed. This is bottled at 35% ABV
