Aalborg Jubilaeums, jubilaeums meaning 'jubilee', was created in honour of Isidor Henius, the creator of Aalborg Taffel Akvavit. This akvavit is said to be an excellent accompaniment to a fish or poultry meal.

Akvavit is a golden and pleasant premium aquavit in a contemporary and exclusive bottle. The refined taste of dill and coriander makes it the perfect choice for any good meal, in particular light and simple modern cuisine. It is best enjoyed chilled, but can also be enjoyed at room temperature. Akvavit was created in 1946 to celebrate the centenary of Akvavit and is the most exported aquavit today.
