In 1848 the captain and merchant Hans Hinrich Pott founded a small rum trading house in Flensburg, the former center of rum trading. His personality and expertise earned him the nickname "the Good". As a trademark, "Der Gute Pott" was registered as early as 1923. Even today it is one of the most famous brands in Germany. This rum has a golden color, an exquisite aroma and rich fragrance.
