Durum wheat semolina
Diamant durum wheat semolina is obtained from selected durum wheat. Durum wheat has a robust, robust structure and a golden yellow color. Semolina are the large parts of the grain flour kernel that are obtained after the first grinding process of the grain. The grinding removes all shell residues that are still on the semolina particles. Durum wheat semolina is particularly suitable for the preparation of soups, dumplings and casseroles.
