Classical cheese cake filling can be prepared with Dr. Oetker cheesecake; it turns out perfect every time and is time-saving.
Directions: Place 26.8oz (750g Quark), 3.5oz (100g) sugar, 4 egg yolks, vanillin sugar, 3-4drops of baking aroma (lemon). Mix everything until smooth. Beat 4 egg whites until firm and mix under the quark mixture. Add one bag of cheesecake mix and 1 cup of milk. Mix well and fill into the baking pan, laid out with the dough for the crust and bake at 350F (170C) on the middle rack for +/- 60 minutes.
