Schär gluten-free Spaghetti, the most traditional long pasta, has always been produced in Italy using a millet recipe. This ancient grain gives the pasta a harmonious taste with hints of hazelnut and a light yellow colour. When cooked, it keeps its shape with a consistency that is always al dente.
