Long grain parboiled rice

Saucepan: A cup of rice (about 125g = 2 servings). Bring two cups of water and a pinch of salt in a pot to a boil. Cook gently with the lid closed until the rice has absorbed all the water. Cooking time approx. 12-15 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and stir the parboiled rice lightly with a fork and leave to evaporate.
