Fresh potato dumplings made from whole potatoes. 

Heat butter or oil in a pan, add the potato gnocchis and fry until crisply, or bring about 2 L of salted water to boil and add the potato gnocchi. Once the potato gnocchi float on the surface (about 3 min.) Remove with a skimmer and serve with your favorite sauce
