INGREDIENTS:

Spices (cumin, paprika, nutmeg, fennel seed, pepper, cloves, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, allspice, chilies), salt, rice flour, glucose syrup, natural flavors, MSG.

DIRECTIONS:

This is a spice mix to make a Turkish style lamb shoarma. Use about 1 quarter of the container for 1 pound of meat. You can use meat other than lamb- chicken sliced thin on the bias. Stir the spice mix into the chicken and stir-fry the meat. Store in a cool dry place.
